Powder Brows

Cosmetic semi-permanent makeup technique designed to create eyebrows with a soft powder effect. Powder effect is done with a shading technique using a permanent make-up device. Touch-up's are recommended (2) months after initial procedure. The technique should lasts 3-5 years(depending on lifestyle) before needing a "re-touch".
